Terms
Clear responsibilities for a simple service.
The service
ALREADY UP is operated by FEBOAPP OÜ. These terms apply when you use it to publish and share static content.

What you can publish
Upload a folder of already-built static files with a root index.html, or a single .html or .htm file. The service does not build projects, install dependencies or provide a server-side runtime. You are responsible for testing your content and keeping your own copies.
Your content and rights
You remain responsible for your uploaded content and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. You retain your intellectual-property rights. By uploading, you allow us to store, copy and serve the content as needed to provide the service and handle removal. Publishing makes it accessible to anyone with the live link.
Acceptable use
Do not use ALREADY UP for illegal content, malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or infringement of someone else’s copyright or other rights. Do not expose other people’s private information without permission, interfere with the service, bypass its limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may suspend or remove content and restrict access to protect users, respond to abuse or legal obligations, and keep the service running. Report a concern through Abuse; contact us if you believe your content was removed in error.
Current limits and expiry
Anonymous publishing currently allows up to 1,000 files and 100 MB (100,000,000 bytes) in total per publication, with no individual file above that size. Paths are also validated. Published links do not expire automatically. Network and service-wide limits may temporarily prevent new publishes.
No paid plan is offered in this version. Optional sign-in and Keep, when available, follow the limits below. There is no promise of permanent hosting. Keep your original files.
Optional accounts and kept sites
During beta, an account can save up to 100 sites, subject to service capacity and usage limits. Publishing while signed in attempts to save the new site automatically; otherwise Keep this link explicitly saves it when eligible. Signing in alone does not transfer an anonymous site's ownership. Saving preserves the URL and enables management. Unsaved public links do not expire automatically, but the browser's ownership proof has a limited lifetime: losing it or letting it expire can prevent later saving. Limits and abuse removal still apply. This is not a promise of permanent hosting or unlimited storage. Previously expired links are not automatically restored.
Availability and changes
This is an early version of the service. Publishing or serving may be interrupted, and features and limits may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or an uptime percentage. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
