Where do I find my website files?

In ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable or the tool you used to create your website, look for Download or Export. Choose a ready-to-publish HTML file or static website export.

For a folder, keep index.html at the top level, together with its images, styles and other files. If you downloaded a ZIP, unzip it on your device first and choose the website folder inside.

A chat link or preview link isn’t a website file. A source-code project that needs a build isn’t ready either: ask your tool for a built static website export. Already up doesn’t build projects or run server code.

Privacy & product analytics

ALREADY UP uses PostHog EU (Frankfurt) for product analytics. Browser analytics start only after you choose Accept analytics. You can publish without accepting.

After consent, PostHog uses a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser's localStorage. We collect homepage visits and returns, folder or HTML selection, publish attempts, file counts and total bytes, upload timing, error categories, and Copy link or Open site actions.

Separately, our server records committed publications and quota denials using opaque publication or attempt IDs, input type, counts and timing. These events do not depend on browser consent, include no browser identity, and do not create person profiles.

Analytics events exclude uploaded HTML, code or other content, filenames, customer file paths, signed URLs, form values, beta or invite codes, cookies, secrets, raw IP addresses and network quota identifiers. Network connections necessarily expose a source address to the receiving service; IP geolocation is disabled in our analytics configuration.

Autocapture and Session Replay are off. We inject no analytics into customer-hosted *.alreadyup.page sites. Open site events record clicks here, not visits to customer pages.

We remember your analytics choice in localStorage. Use the controls below to change it at any time. Withdrawal stops future browser capture and clears pending browser events; events already sent remain subject to our retention settings. Server publication events continue independently.

Browser analytics are off.
